Individual Professional Feedback Terms

These terms establish an account for a natural person acting independently in their own name to request voluntary feedback about their own professional communication, collaboration, presentation, or similar working skills. The account must not be used on behalf of an employer or another organisation, for employer-run review or monitoring, to assess other people, or for recruitment, discipline, complaints, statutory reporting, or investigations. Current direct reports may be invited only voluntarily and without pressure or retaliation. These terms incorporate the Data Processing Schedule and initial subprocessor list below.

Data Processing Schedule

The individual requester controls Feedback Data for the narrow independent purpose. MB Inista IT processes collection, storage, secure display, necessary technical support, and deletion only on the requester's documented instructions. The schedule covers confidentiality and security, subprocessor authorisation and advance-change notice, assistance with rights, breaches and impact assessments, deletion or return at termination, compliance information and audits, and notification of an unlawful instruction. MB Inista IT separately controls account authentication, ordinary customer administration, security or fraud prevention where applicable, and its own legal and accounting obligations.

• Google: Requester OAuth and approved Google-mailbox report or Enterprise-message delivery through the configured application mail transport
